How long do orders take?

Every order is baked fresh. Typical lead time is 2–3 days from order to ready.

Do you ship?

Yes. Pick pickup or delivery at checkout. Nationwide overnight shipping is available for gifting orders — start one on the Corporate Gifting page.

What's the difference between salted and unsalted?

Salted finishes with hand-flaked sea salt on top. Unsalted skips the flake for a softer, sweeter finish. The cookie itself is the same.

What's in them?

Butter, flour, sugar, eggs, dark chocolate, sea salt, vanilla. No seed oils, no shortening, no preservatives.

Allergens?

All Chippies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy. They are not nut-free certified.

How should I store them?

Airtight at room temperature for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 30 days; 10 seconds in the microwave brings them back.

What's the minimum for corporate gifting?
